Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZappyEvents platform, including website, mobile application, and all digital services. By continuing to use our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • Customer / User – Anyone booking or using the Platform.
  • Vendor – Third‑party event service provider.
  • Marketplace Event – Vendor executed, Zappy facilitates.
  • Zappy Hosted Event – Designed & managed by Zappy.
  • Corporate Event – Events booked by businesses.
  • Booking – Confirmed reservation after payment.
  • Service Fees – Charges for platform facilitation & support.
  • Force Majeure – Events outside reasonable control.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 You must be 18+ and legally capable of entering a contract.

2.2 Corporate users must be authorized representatives.

3. SCOPE OF SERVICES

  • Marketplace Event discovery & booking
  • Zappy Hosted Event packages
  • Corporate event bookings & add‑ons

Zappy may modify, pause, or discontinue services at any time.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

5. BOOKING PROCESS

  • Select event details
  • Accept Terms
  • Make required payment

6. PRICING, PAYMENTS & TAXES

  • Prices may change based on customization.
  • GST is included unless stated otherwise.
  • Platform/Service fees may apply.
  • Corporate events may require milestone payments.

7. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Customer Cancellations:

  • 7+ days → 100% refund
  • 3–6 days → 50% refund
  • 0–2 days → No refund

Corporate Cancellations: Advance non‑refundable; refunds depend on actual spend & notice period.

Zappy / Vendor Cancellations: 100% refund or alternative provided.

8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide safe venue access.
  • Ensure permissions from society/landlord.
  • Supervise children & guests.
  • Maintain respectful behaviour.
  • Prevent equipment damage.

9. EVENT SAFETY & GUEST CONDUCT

You are entirely responsible for guest & child supervision.

  • Ensure no entry to risky areas (balcony, stairs, kitchen).
  • Disclose allergies & health conditions.
  • Zappy/Partner may stop services if alcohol‑related misconduct occurs.
  • Zappy is not liable for venue‑based accidents or theft.

10. VENDOR SAFETY & RIGHTS

  • Maintain a respectful environment for vendors.
  • No harassment, abuse, or unsafe behaviour.
  • Vendors may leave immediately if unsafe — no refund.
  • User is responsible for intentional damage.
  • Zappy may blacklist/report abusive users.

11. ROLE OF ZAPPY

Marketplace: Zappy = facilitator.
Zappy Hosted / Corporate: Zappy = coordinator (may use vendors).

12. USER CONTENT & REVIEWS

Reviews may be used for marketing. Offensive content may be removed.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All logos, branding, and content belong to ZappyEvents.

14. THIRD‑PARTY LINKS

Zappy is not responsible for external sites or payment gateways.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • No liability for indirect or incidental damages.
  • Marketplace liability limited to service fee retained.
  • Zappy Hosted/Corporate liability limited to booking amount.
  • No liability for venue accidents, supervision failures, alcohol misuse.

16. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify Zappy for damages caused by unsafe venue, misconduct, or violation of Terms.

17. FORCE MAJEURE

Zappy is not liable for delays due to events beyond control.

18. COMMUNICATION CONSENT

You consent to receive SMS, WhatsApp, and email updates.

19. GOVERNING LAW

All disputes fall under Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction.

20. AMENDMENTS

Zappy may update these Terms anytime.

21. SEVERABILITY

If any section is invalid, the remainder stays enforceable.
